Just enter your e-mail and any message along with all the individual files you would like to send us. Then just press the Send Files button. You will receive a confirmation e-mail that your files were sent. If you need to send more than 20 files, just refresh the page and send more.

If sending customer support files generated from your software, please press the “Choose File” button and select your corresponding ZIP file in the following directory
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Particle Insight\help (for Particle Insight customers)
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Hydro Insight\help (for Hydro Insight customers)
