All new instruments come with installation support and initial training. Sessions are conducted over several days to ensure proficiency with all features your product offers.

Training is typically done remotely via TeamViewer and can be recorded for future reference. Current software versions also include embedded video training.

Additional training delivers deeper domain knowledge of the application software, tailored to your specific use cases. Available in-house, at your site, or via web sessions.

Initial Training

Included with every new instrument purchase. Multi-day remote sessions covering instrument operation, software features, and best practices.

Advanced Training

Minimum 3 web sessions with homework. Covers advanced application software, domain-specific analysis, and process optimization techniques.

On-Site Training

Available at your facility with added travel costs. Hands-on, tailored sessions for your team and specific workflows.

Have concerns about your methods or settings? We’ll review your data files for accuracy and recommend optimizations. Use the Help → Data Files option in your software toolbar to send files directly to our team.

Feedback is delivered via video with specific recommendations. The first round of data file reviews is covered at no cost.

In your software toolbar, click Product Support → Remote Support Session and click the blue icon.

Install & Connect

Download and run the TeamViewerQS.exe file to enable secure remote access for your technician.
