The Raptor BenchTop is a wet, dry, and at-line particle size and shape analyzer for the lab and the process line. Using dynamic image analysis, it captures size, shape, and an image of every particle — ideal for routine QC and for at-line monitoring of applications where shape is critical, such as API crystallization, letting you watch particles change in real time instead of waiting for lab results.
Dynamic Image Analysis (DIA) provides high-resolution particle images along with size, shape, and concentration data, supporting better insight into particle morphology and improved decision-making for quality control and research.
